  It's a great place to workout and it's always pretty clean. The staff are friendly and are always ready to answer questions. I do hope in the future though some of the trainers can step in and help assist members in the free weight area on proper lifting or squatting form to avoid injury to those who are new to free weights and are not sure of proper technique. Other than that great gym!!
